Thank you all again for your support of UNC CAUSE 2011! Without our valuable vendor participation, this conference would not be the success it has been for the past 30 years.

Shipping Information

You will be receiving a vendor packet from Hollins Exposition Services, general service contractor, with important information regarding shipment of materials (including shipping labels), move-in and move-out, additional booth information.

We will be notifying you of your individual booths the week of October 11. 

Gifts, Giveaways and Prizes

As an attendance incentive, we encourage you to bring door prizes or giveaways. In order to maximize your presence, we would like to announce and draw all door prizes at the Wendesday morning breakfast.

Setup and Move-In

The booths will be available for setup Monday October 31, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday November 1, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The vendor room will be open to all attendees at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 1.


Vendor Room breakdown will occur Wednesday, November 2, 2011 4:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

ABSOLUTELY no dismantling of displays or packing of product is authorized before 4:15 p.m., Wednesday, November 2.

The exhibit hall must be cleared by 7:00 p.m.

Vendor booth are open 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday Nov 1 and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2. 


The conference is being held at the Benton Convention Center in historic Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Lodging information is located online here.

Conference Room

Do you need or want to take some special clients off the vendor floor and have a private conversation or presentation? If so, then we have just what you need! We are offering 50 minute slots in our Private Conference Room for $75/each. Please note the time slot you'd like to request on the form. If that slot's not available, I'll work with you to arrange another time!


Vendor Booth Registration is now available online. Each 10' x 10' booth registration is $1,500 and includes two conference registrations; one, six foot, draped table; a 20-amp electrical drop, two chairs; and a waste basket. If a dedicated circuit is required, please contact Vendors can purchase more than one booth for additional space. Additional conference registrations may also be purchased.
