Pam Bowling has over 27 years of Human Resources experience, specifically Classification and Compensation experience, with the NC Office of State Personnel. Since 1987 she has been involved in the classification and compensation issues for the Information Technology occupations in State Government. In 2001 she moved to manage the Career-banding project and in 2006 the compensation aspects of Career-banding. In 2009 OSP reorganized and she became Director of the Classification and Compensation Division.
