Chris has spent his entire professional career at the NC State Help Desk, from student worker to manager to assistant director. (That stint delivering singing telegrams was just when he was young and needed the money.) He has given presentations and published papers on IT support at previous UNCCAUSE conferences as well as SIGUCCS, and is frequently asked to present best practices and organizational advice to campus and outside groups. He is also involved in supporting IT locally as an officer in the RTP chapter of HDI.
